Shipping Methods

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at contact@eliavy.com.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your order anytime via our Track Your Order page.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Eliavy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Eliavy is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier and reach out to us at contact@eliavy.com.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Address changes must be requested before the order is dispatched. Eliavy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
